HA clubhouse

The former Hells Angels clubhouse at 837 Ellis Street in the downtown north end was bought by the City of 黑料社入口 from the province late last year for $990,000. Another former HA clubhouse, in Vancouver, is now being offered by sale following its seizure by the province.聽

Another former clubhouse of the Hells Angels is up for sale in B.C.聽

The Vancouver property, seized in February 2023 along with similar clubhouses in 黑料社入口 and Nanaimo, has been listed for commercial sale.聽

鈥(This) marks the first of these clubhouses to be made available for commercial sale and is a further step in undercutting organized crime in British Columbia,鈥 Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General Garry Begg announced Tuesday.聽

鈥淎s criminals find new ways to hide their ill-gotten gains obtained through violence, intimidation and criminal activity, we are finding targeted ways to permanently take away their assets, while protecting British Columbians,鈥 Begg said.聽

In late 2024, the province sold the former HA property in 黑料社入口鈥檚 downtown north end to the City of 黑料社入口 for $990,000, according to the BC Assessment Authority. It had an assessed value of $1.2 million.聽

The city has not released any information on what it plans to do with the property.聽
